Allstate eventually paid for the repairs but I had to stay on them for two weeks to get it done. They had to see the car but they never showed up when they where supposed to and would not return my calls. I started comparing rates this month and found out that progressive will give me lower rates. Needless to say I will switch when my policy expires in June. Allstate will save you a great deal of money if you come to them with a good history. Meaning, you have previous insurance for the last year, no drunk driving or tickets in five years, and no claims. I know this won't be the case for everyone, but I saved 30 percent on my insurance when I switched to Allstate Insurance. In my opinion, their prices really are not competitive until you've established yourself first. I think that all insurance companies should give a safe driving discount. I was sick of paying through the roof for insurance because of itiot drivers.
